I’m Shannon Reid, a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Electric Realty, proudly serving Port Hope, Cobourg, the Durham Region, and surrounding areas. I work with buyers and sellers across a wide range of residential properties, with a particular focus on first-time buyers, downsizers, and land leases. My goal is to make every real estate experience clear, informed, and as stress-free as possible, no matter where you are in your journey.
I’m known for my strong communication, patience, and no-pressure approach. I believe clients make the best decisions when they feel supported and well-informed, which is why I take the time to explain options, answer questions, and provide consistent follow-up. Clients often describe me as knowledgeable, thorough, and responsive, and I take pride in being someone they can rely on throughout the entire process.
I’ve been working in real estate since 2020 and have been honoured with the Coldwell Banker Canadian Associate Award in 2024, along with multiple Quarterly Outstanding Achievement Awards with Century 21 earlier in my career. Prior to real estate, I worked in healthcare, a background that shaped my people-first mindset, attention to detail, and calm, solution-focused approach—especially during high-stakes decisions.
Outside of work, I enjoy walking my dogs, shopping, and tackling DIY projects around the house. I’m also proud to volunteer with local foster children, giving back to the community that means so much to me. I grew up and raised my family in the Durham Region, and after downsizing, we moved to Port Hope—an experience that allows me to personally connect with clients navigating similar transitions.
