Peterborough, ON — July 16th, 2025 — Coldwell Banker Electric Realty is pleased to announce the appointment of Jessica Hill to the role of Vice President, Education & Retention.

Jessica has been a cornerstone of the brokerage’s success and momentum, most recently serving as Vice President, Sales & Business Development. Since joining the leadership team, Jessica has made a lasting impact on nearly every facet of the organization including building systems that support agent performance to introducing strategic programs that have fueled both recruitment and productivity.

During her tenure, Jessica oversaw a period of significant growth in agent count, helped streamline onboarding processes, and contributed to a culture of production and continuous improvement. Her leadership helped define the brokerage’s agent-first approach and established a foundation for long-term success.

In her new role as Vice President, Education & Retention, Jessica will lead the development and delivery of Coldwell Banker Electric Realty’s training and support programs, ensuring agents at all stages have the tools, knowledge, and mentorship needed to thrive. She will also oversee retention and culture initiatives that prioritize engagement, alignment, and individual agent growth.
